Thanks to our incredibly supportive community, some generous grants and a whole lot of fundraising, Summer at Westacre Theatre is officially ON! Our outdoor stage has also undergone a rather marvellous expansion, making more room for our wonderful Bursary Award cohort who will be arriving to spend the summer with us before you know it. They will be taking part in extraordinary productions of Sense and Sensibility, and arguably Shakespeare’s most bonkers farce, Comedy of Errors. (If you enjoyed last year’s production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream, you are in for a real treat). This is our most ambitious summer season yet and it is a season worth clearing your diary for.
We are thrilled to tell you that our brand-new tent is ordered and will be here in time for this summer, but we can’t pretend the fundraising journey is over quite yet. We're still working hard to meet the full cost, and every ticket you book is a direct contribution to making Westacre's most exciting summer yet!

What a wonderful place. Moved to King's Lynn in April and this is a fantastic little theatre with some cracking shows. The outdoor ones were particularly entertaining over the summer. A great range of plays. Some very entertaining adaptations of classics. Highly recommended!

Great little theatre with both indoor and covered outdoor performance areas. They do a range of performances throughout the year. Very well worth looking at their programme online and going along to a performance.

As far as theatres in Norfolk go, the Westacre Theatre is a bit of a gem. Almost hidden away amongst beautiful Norfolk countryside it is a surprise to find such a lovely, well designed space that offers top class productions as well as workshops for children and adults. Well worth checking out their current listings and making the journey to visit them for what will sure to be great night out!
