by Keith Mitchell

Westacre Passing Time

by Sue Smalley

Passing Time

by Sky Nuttall

Sky’s submission is a lino cut print, gold and yellow ink on black paper.
Sky wanted to create various scenarios for how time is perceived – for some it moves slowly, others it moves too quick, some feel empty whilst others feel productive. Time is deceptive.
How are you perceiving it?

Pebbles, Shells and Seaglass

by Sue Welfare

During lockdown Sue spent a lot of time trying to do something with all the beach treasures she’d picked up over the years and put on windowsills and shelves, and even left in pockets.
To pass the time Sue had a go at making mobiles and thought the results would make a nice print – so this is a reduction linoprint… Pebbles, Shells and Seaglass. Passing time during lock down.

On the Edge of Time

by Michelle Louise Carter

Michelle’s entry is looking at a planet from space and is entitled ‘On the Edge of Time’. It is painted in acrylics.

Passing Time

by Teresa McCarthy

Waiting for High Tide

by David Coker

David wanted to create some controversy with his submission.
He created a painting to catch the eye and hopefully it will not mentally allow the observer to just walk by … create a question … “what it is (or what is it) I am looking at!”
There are suggestions of activities within the paInting and you, the observer must then decide what it is and how to interact with it?

Passing Jazz Time

by Helen Breach

Helen’s submission is a pastel & charcoal sketch on paper.

Passing Time en plein air

by Kay Barker

Kay’s painting is an oil on canvas. Created with rags, knives, and brushes. Painted ‘en plein air’ it depicts the clouds as they formed and passed as she painted. So capturing a moment of passing time. Once the clouds have moved that moment is captured.

The title of Barbara’s piece is:
‘Sun Clock’, Hawksbeard counting time.
