Our incredible volunteers have been knee deep in nettles (ouch!) as they busily transform our island into a magical space where outdoor works of art can be displayed, theatre lines rehearsed and enchanting stories told.
If you haven’t already had a wander down to take a peek at our lake, you must, as you’ll be in for a real treat. We’re hoping our resident swans will come and nest soon as it really is such a magical place and the perfect backdrop to our ‘Live by the Lake’ summer season of sensational theatre.
Local sculptor Jo Pluckrose already features some of her stunning wire works here at Westacre Theatre, you can’t miss them!
