Saturday Morning Drama Club for ages 12-15 years with Camilla from MissAdventures Theatre Company.
Westacre Theatre teams up once again with the brilliant MissAdventures Theatre Company to bring you theatre workshops designed to inspire and encourage young actors to learn new skills and make new friends.
Often building up to an informal showcase for family and friends, the group will work together using creative stimuli (and Camilla's hilarious and huge collection of props, costumes & hats!) designed to spark their imagination.
Covering more advanced stage-craft, creating characters, scenes, stories and plays whilst developing vocal & physical skills and then expanding further with text and script work blending with improvisation, this group gently challenges whilst always remaining fun!
The group often perform for friends and family - but we place equal value on the fun of stand alone classes. With no pressure to perform, there will be a role for everyone either on or off stage.
These classes are designed to boost confidence, develop critical & creative thinking skills, encourage imagination, sky-rocket self esteem through the sharing of ideas, group & solo work and generally enjoying the free creative expression that comes with drama.

Times: 1pm - 2:30pm
Cost: £10 p/session payable termly with taster sessions available

If your child has not attended within the last 6 months, you must complete a new registration form before the workshop begins.
